How the Games work

Three steps between you and the trophy.

Enter as a team of 10

Minimum 10 members (5 pairs), and you don't need to be an established club: ten friends is a team. Field one scoring pair per event, and the five can be five different pairs.

Race 5 events

Sprints and relays across the day, from the 100m dash to the 4x100m finale. Points in every race build your club's total.

Win and give

The winning club takes 30% of ticket sales. Half goes to a registered UK charity the club chooses, announced live on the day. The rest is the club's to keep.

One pair per event.
Any five.

Each club fields one scoring pair per event. Run the same pair everywhere, or spread five different pairs across the five races.

  • 100m and 200m sprints: both partners race, pair time is the combined total
  • 400m pairs relay: 200m each, baton handover
  • 800m pairs relay: 400m each
  • 4x100m relay finale: partners alternate legs, double points
  • Every team contests the pot; pairs beyond the five race for event honours
30% of ticket sales on the day goes to the winning club, which directs half to a UK charity of its choice
